Mahesh Khaleja’ Audio Release Sep 10th!

It’s going to be much fascinated and long waited news to all over Super star Mahesh Babu fans. The audio release date of super star's forthcoming film ‘Mahesh Khaleja’ is out. One of the film producers C Kalyan has announced that the music of the film will hit the markets on September 10th and the film will be released by September end.

The film is being directed by Trivikram Srinivas and being produced by Singanamala Ramesh under ‘Sri Kanakarathna Movies’ banner. S Satya Ramamurthy will be presenting the film. Mani Sharma is scoring the music. Tall and beautiful actress Anushka is pairing opposite Mahesh in this film. The film has completed its entire shooting part except for one song.

Kalyan Ram’s ‘Katti’ in Title Trouble!

Some days back it was announced that Nandamuri hero Kalyan Ram who always likes to do his films without any publicity is now gearing up for a new flick that has Sana Khan pairing opposite him and who is also making her Telugu debut with this film as well. The film has been titled as ‘Katti’ before but as the producer Danayya has already registered with the same title, the NTR arts banner has decided to change the title for Kalyan Ram film and to go in Mahesh Babu’s way. The unit decided to add prefix Kalyan Ram to Katti and to rename it as ‘Kalyan Ram Katti’ just as Mahesh did it for ‘Mahesh Khaleja’.

Sources said that as the film chamber has passed a new rule that if the similar title by adding such prefixes comes, first they should bring no objection certificate (NOC) from the producer who originally registers it. So finally Kalyan Ram decided to go for a new title and not Katti now.

Sridevi To Launch Sunil’s ‘Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalaraju’ Film?

The comedian turned actor Sunil who is currently riding on the success of his latest release ‘Maryada Ramanna’ is getting ready to start his next flick under sensational unique director Ram Gopal Varma which has been titled as ‘Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalraju’. Already it was reported that the movie will launch on August 27th and the regular shooting will commence from September 1st.

The latest yet more interesting news making in the tinsel town is that yesteryear actress Sridevi is going to launch the movie and she agreed to attend the event on the request of sensational director RGV. It is note to mention that earlier RGV made two films with Sridevi – ‘Kshana Kshanam’ and ‘Govinda Govinda’. Adding more to this news colours Swathi is going to pair up with Sunil in this film.

Sources say that after a long gap of 12 years, RGV is going to wield the megaphone straight for a Telugu film. There is also a buzz that for the first time in this movie, a song will be canned on Sunil using 27 cameras. It is heard that after Rakta Charitra, RGV has come up with the idea of making this full length comedy script with a funny title. He himself is going to produce the film and is planning to make it in Hindi version too.

‘Brindavanam’ Audio To Hit on Aug 28th?

Happy news to all the fans of Jr. NTR. Producer Dil Raju is planning to release the audio of NTR’s much waited anticipated latest upcoming flick ‘Brindavanam’ on August 28th and the film is expected to release in September last week or October first week. Aditya music is going to release the audio into market. The film has completed its entire shooting except for few songs. One of the songs is being canned today that was choreographed by Prem Rakshit who composed some unique steps to NTR in Yamadonga

Successful Director Rajamouli Turns Anchor!

Most successful director Rajamouli turns anchor for HMTV. He is going to be anchor for ‘Come on India’ program in HMTV. The program will be screened from September 9.

Rajamouli tweeted; “Am anchoring a program called “come on India” making Bharat mahaan for HMTV. I think the airing is from sept. 9th. Pls watch and suggest.”

The program ‘Come on India’ shows the patriotic spirit and various extensions that explore various personalities in correlation with India.

Gaayam 2’ Movie Website Launched Officially!

Jagapathi Babu, Vimala Raman starrer ‘Gaayam 2’ is currently progressing at a brisk pace. The movie is a sequel to RGV’s block-buster hit action film, ‘Gaayam’. The latest news is that the film’s official web site was launched yesterday in an event held at Live Sports Pub, Hyderabad. The movie website was officially launched by hero Jagapathi Babu and Kota Srinivasa Rao. It was also attended by director Praveen Sri, Bharath Chowdaryand many others.

Director Praveen Sri said “I would like to thank Jagapathi Babu for inspiring me to do this film”.

Kota Srinivasa Rao said, “Everybody knew that Gayam film is a big hit and I will watch this movie even now when it is screened on TV. I would like to express my gratitude to Praveen Sri for making sequel to Gayam in a realistic manner according to the present situations”.

It is being presented by Ram Gopal Varma and is being directed by Praveen Sri and is being produced by Dr.Dharmakartha under the banner, ‘Kartha Creations’. The film has music by Ilayaraja who had scored for its prequel too. Lyrics are penned by Bhaskar Bhatla, Anantha Sriram, Vanamali and Kaluva Krishna Sai. Gandham Nagraju has penned the dialogues; Anil Bhandari handled the cinematography and Praaveen is the editor of the film.

Super Star In Sukumar Direction!

Looks like Super Star Mahesh Babu is going to get back his lost vigor after a long gap of three years away from the big screen. He is listening to the scripts of many top directors like Rajamouli, Srinu Vytla, Meher Ramesh, Surender Reddy and others.

The latest news is that ‘Arya’ director Sukumar is going to direct Mahesh in his next under his banner 14 reels.

Sources said that before Sukumar was thought to do a film with Naga Chaitanya for Geeta Arts and now it looks like it is going to be happened after Sukumar completes his project with Mahesh Babu.

Mahesh is busy in wrapping up ‘Mahesh Khaleja’ as early as possible and gearing up to take Srinu Vytla’s project.

‘Mahesh Khaleja’ Two Songs Shoot From Aug 18th

Super Star Mahesh Babu who has celebrated his birthday day before yesterday in a grand manner is back to his regular shooting. It is well known that his fans are eagerly waiting for the release of ‘Mahesh Khaleja’ which was on the sets for long time and getting delayed its release date. The latest news is that the film has completed its entire shooting part except for two songs. It is heard that the two songs will start its picturization from 18th of this month and will complete by this month end.

The film is being directed by Trivikram Srinivas and being produced by Singanamala Ramesh under ‘Sri Kanakarathna Movies’ banner. The movie makers are planning to release the audio by this month end and the film by September.

Let’s hope all goes well without any further delay in the schedule and will soon have our Super Star on big screen.

‘Robo’ Rights in Controversy!

The producer Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao has acquired Rajinikanth’s Robo’ dubbing rights for highest price of Rs 30 crores that was ever happened for any movie in India. It is also heard that he is going to release the movie in AP through his Tirumala Tirupati Venkateswara Films banner.

But now, with the statement made by Sun TV pictures CEO Hansaraj Saxena yesterday as that Robo rights are unsold, there created terror amongst Chadalavada Srinivas Rao who said to be acquired the rights.

On reacting to this statement, he has showed a proof of letter that was given by Sun Pictures itself by mentioning that he paid Rs. 2 crores as advance for getting Robo dubbing rights. Finally the latest statement made by the Sun Pictures is making controversial issue on Robo rights. Let’s see what happens after this and how Sun Pictures will react over Srinivas Rao’s statements.

Sumanth and Swathi Movie Titled ‘Golconda High School’!

Sumanth, Colors Swathi’s new moive under the direction of Mohana Krishna Indraganti is said to be titled as ‘Jaagore’. But now the latest news is that the film has been renamed as ‘Golconda High School’. Mohana Krishna Indraganti had earlier directed ‘Ashta Chemma’ film with Nani and Swathi in the lead roles.

This new film with Sumanth and Swathi is said to be inspired from a book ‘The Men Within’ which was written by Hari Mohan. The book is first Indian novel on cricket.

The film is expected to release in the month of September.The film has Ravinder as art director; Senthil who handled cinematography for ‘Magadheera’ will handle for this flick too. charming and hot actress Charmi is very happy as her much waited long time yet to release heroine-centric flick ‘Sye Aata’ is going to hit the silver screens on August 13th.

‘‘Komaram Puli’ Is My Last Movie’ - SJ Surya

The director/actor SJ Surya who became popular with Pawan Kalyan’s latest movie ‘Komaram Puli’ was thrilled and emotional heartbreaking after working for two years for the film. Having a pause of relief, the director said “After seeing the rushes of Komaram Puli, I feel like saying that my past two years hard work yield dividends. Komaram Puli is in the final stages of post-production, and we are planning to announce the release Date shortly”.

Don Seenu Talk

The villain in Telugu cinema has been reduced to a dummy long back and in the current film Don Seenu, it's no exception. Infact the villains, not one or two but there are three and they are nothing but jokers. By reducing the intelligence quotient of the villains, the importance of the hero automatically hikes up and it's presumed the entertainment dished out is unlimited. Through Don Seenu, Ravi Teja satiates his thirst of mimicking his favourite hero Amitabh Bachchan. In the film too his character Seenu has a fetish for the name Don Seenu and wants to be a Big B in Don.

The film starts out in an interesting manner but as the story progresses, the focus is lost. What could have been a simplified story drags and gets complicated and somewhere down the line with the writers deciding that they are falling short of entertainment, create Brahmanandam and stretch the script further. Don Seenu works for Machineni (Sayaji Shinde) who is on a constant trip to upstage his rival Narsingh (Srihari) another gang leader. He's been entrusted with the responsibility to trap Narsingh's sister in love to settle scores but is shocked to realize that Don Seenu had trapped his sister Deepu (Shreya) instead. To undo his mistake and win Machineni's confidence, Seenu moves over to Narsingh's group and makes his sister Anjana Sukhani fall for him.

There is another character Duggal who is baying for Don Seenu's blood. The climax is lengthy and the story never seems to end even after Brahmanandam's role is done with. The flashback and sentimental finale attempts to give the story a semblance of dignity but it fails. The Censor Board fails in it's role, allows many double meaning dialogues to pass your notice. Shriya in her trademark walk, slanted smiles, arched eyebrows and a great figure scorches the screen and Anjani Sukhani brings an element of freshness, though her role is limited.

Srihari continues to speak in a Telangana dialect, both Srihari and Sayaji are able support but there's hardly any angle that's new given to them. Ali as Ravi Teja's sidekick raises the shock value of the dialogues. Ravi Teja slips into his role effortlessly, it's cake walk for him however he does give you a déjà vu feel. The film looks lavishly shot, the second half of the story appears that the writers were in a hurry to fill up the gaps.

Cinematography is slick, songs are just okay. Finally Don Seenu is a wake up call for Ravi Teja, if he doesn't do a rethink on his stories, the best of performances will fall flat. Despite coming up with many tricks and variations, the film keeps you amused only in parts. Don Seenu needs a lot of clipping to be tolerated.
